Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your bracelet to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your bracelet must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with any original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at laysongsin@foxmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your bracelet is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Bracelets customized to your requested size, bead selection, color combination, or other personal specifications cannot be returned for a change of mind.

We also do not accept change-of-mind returns on sale items.

These exclusions do not affect your rights if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, or any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

For bracelets eligible for return, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current bracelet and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new one.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
